You can use Credit or Debit and pay through CCAvenue or you can opt for the In- Person Pickup Option in which we can provide you Cash On Delivery option (only available in Delhi).

It takes us 5-10 (business) days to process the order and ship it out. For customised products and personalized orders  it may take upto 15-20 (business) days as well. Thereafter, delivery time varies between 3-5 days depending on your location. Once we ship it out, you will receive an email with tracking details.  If you’d like your order delivery expedited please email us at customercare@mixmitti.com and we’ll try to accommodate your request.

We offer a simple and easy 7 days return policy to our customers. You can conveniently

return or exchange any item within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. All items purchased can be returned for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider). Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

The items should be unused.

The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

They should be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

In case you receive a damaged/defective piece, we should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case. A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items. In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to us. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs.

Orders can be cancelled within 24hours after placing it, after that it can’t be cancelled. In such cases refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.

Yes we do. However, the shipping fee is additional, depending on the destination country.

Some countries levy import taxes, customs fees and/or other duties when goods are imported in. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The customer is responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. We do not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
